1. Finalize the audio.
Confirm that the approved master is the correct version, properly named and ready for delivery. Do not send a mix that is still awaiting changes.
2. Confirm metadata and rights.
- Artist and featured-artist names
- Song and release titles
- Songwriters, producers and other contributors
- Genre, language and explicit-content status
- Ownership, splits, identifiers and territories
3. Prepare compliant artwork.
Use high-resolution square artwork without unapproved trademarks, misleading text or low-quality elements. Confirm that the artwork matches the final release title and artist name.
4. Build the launch folder.
Include artist photos, short and long bios, video clips, social copy, platform-profile access, campaign links and a calendar for pre-release, launch-day and post-release activity.
5. Leave enough time.
Earlier delivery allows more time for review, corrections, platform processing and marketing. The exact deadline depends on the release and selected services.
